Loren Pearlman is the President of Lion Public Adjusting

a veteran‑owned California firm specializing in commercial, residential, and marine property insurance claims.

He leads Lion PA with a disciplined, documentation‑driven approach focused on ethics, transparency, and defensible scope development. His work centers on producing complete, inspection‑ready claim files that withstand carrier scrutiny and support maximum policyholder recovery.


A United States Coast Guard veteran, Loren served 11 years on active duty, operating tactical vessels, coordinating mission‑critical teams, and managing high‑risk operational environments. His military background established the structured workflows, accountability standards, and leadership principles that now define Lion Public Adjusting’s claims process.

Before founding Lion PA

Loren worked as a Public Insurance Adjuster with Property Claims Consultant Inc. and Jamyson Company, representing policyholders in complex property‑loss disputes across California. He has managed and documented hundreds of property claims, including wildfire, water, and structural losses, with a reputation for meticulous scope analysis and clear, carrier‑aligned communication.



Loren lives in Oceanside, California with his wife and two sons. He has coached both boys throughout their youth baseball years and values spending his free time with his family and community. That commitment to community naturally extends into his role with North County Depthfinders, where he serves on the board and supports a thriving group of more than 2,000 spearfishermen and free divers along the California coastline.


His broader professional experience includes operational management, workflow optimization, and cross‑functional coordination roles, where he led process improvements that saved more than 200 labor hours annually. He also served as an Ambassador for the Travis Manion Foundation, delivering youth leadership and character‑development programs throughout Southern California.


Loren holds a B.S.A. in Psychology (Industrial‑Organizational Psychology) from San Diego State University, applying behavioral and organizational principles to strengthen team performance, documentation quality, and client outcomes.
